How they Met
Chris and Katie met by chance on New Year's Eve in Denver. Katie was home for the holidays from school in California. Lodo's Bar and Grill downtown was extremely crowded that night and a stranger bumped Chris' arm, spilling Chris' glass of wine all over Katie! From the very start of 2008, no distance could separate the two.

Real Wedding Stories from Estes Park Wedding Association

How they Met
They met at a mutual job (Pumpernickles Deli) right after high school graduation. Emily was waiting to hear from another position she'd applied for at a local hospital but the application process was about 3 weeks long so she decided to visit other options. Her friend told her about a deli that was looking to hire. Emily called and went in to interview with her future husbands brother, who just happened to be the manager. She was filling out paperwork when her now husband walked out and they saw each other for the first time and 9 years later, they got married :)

How they Met
Nick and Melinda started out as roommates (Melinda moved to Colorado in February 2006) and the roommate instantly became a friendship. In April 2006, they began dating and living together! The propsal was a year later (February 2007) on a vacation to Cost Rica. Nick came with ring in hand and proposed on a remote beach on the Osa Peninsula. It was only natural that the wedding took place the following February.
