Greens Point Catering Services is proud to be celebrating our 25th anniversary! We feel so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with amazing local vendors and create beautiful events throughout the Front Range. In an effort to further support our local community we created a new Farm to Table menu program last year which features custom menus based on what is available at our local farms. Our kick off celebration included an alfresco dinner at Lone Hawk Farm featuring produce from Lone Hawk, Aspen Moon Farm and the Lyon’s Farmette. Our Chef came up with a fantastic use for garlic scapes (we pickled them!) and created a beautiful menu to showcase the delicious local ingredients and create a truly remarkable dining experience.
