Estes Park Wedding Association Associate Member Application

Your application will be reviewed and voted upon. When you are accepted, you will then need to submit the $95.00 annual membership fee.

To qualify for Associate Membership in the Estes Park Wedding Association, businesses will have been actively serving customers in the Estes Park area for the last 12 months prior to application.​ ​An associate member business will be in​ ​an industry which does not directly offer wedding related services or goods, and at a high level of professionalism expected of all Members or Associate Members of The Estes Park Wedding Association.

Examples include businesses such as entertainment venues, hiking/adventure/outfitter businesses, touring companies, and other businesses that offer things to do and see and enjoy while wedding parties and their families are visiting our market.

Associate​ ​applicants​ ​must​ ​be​ ​physically​ ​located​ ​within​ ​the​ ​association’s​ ​venue​ ​boundaries,​ ​defined​ ​as being​ ​within​ ​the​ ​Estes​ ​Park​ ​R3​ ​School​ ​District. ​ ​Associate​ ​Membership​ ​in​ ​the​ ​Association​ ​is​ ​$95.00​ ​annually,​ ​and​ ​is​ ​subject​ ​to​ ​change.​ ​ ​Dues​ ​include an​ ​appropriately​ ​placed​ ​listing​ ​on​ ​the​ ​Estes​ ​Park​ ​Wedding​ ​Association​ ​website, www.estesparkweddings.com​ ​ ​As​ ​a​ ​member​ ​you​ ​will​ ​also​ ​be​ ​represented​ ​at​ ​our​ ​EPWA​ ​association booth​ ​at​ ​area​ ​wedding​ ​shows.
