MARRIAGE LICENSES

You will need to bring proof of age and identity (driver’s license, birth certificate, passport or military service record) and $10.00. If either party has been divorced or widowed, the party must attest to the date, place, and the court that issued the divorce or death certificate. There is no waiting period. An unused marriage license application expires within 30 days after application. If you apply for a marriage license in Colorado, you must use it in Colorado. Out-of-state marriage licenses cannot be used in Colorado.

Wedding in Rocky Mountain National Park
Wedding ceremonies are permitted in RMNP. A non-refundable administrative fee ($50-200 depending on the site & number of guests) is charged. The normal entrance fees are collected when entering RMNP for a wedding. Carpooling is encouraged. Wedding ceremonies in the Park require prior written approval from the Chief Ranger’s Office.
